SOBER SIPS

Discover a world of delicious non-alcoholic drinks! Here are some of my favourites to get you started.

  • Noughty, Sparkling Wine

This was the first alcohol-free sparkling wine that I tried and it was love at first sip. The experience is the same as having a bottle of champers.

  • Wild Life, Sparkling Wine

Bubbles with benefits - vitamins and minerals and all things good. What’s not to love?

  • Vinada, Rosé Sparkling Wine

With its origin in the Spanish wine-growing region La Mancha, this rosé is made from a unique mixture of Tempranillo grapes. Delicious and 0.0%

  • Belle & Co., Sparkling Wine

A nice, not too expensive bottle of bubbles.

  • DC, Rose Wine

The first time that I tried this, I had to check that there wasn’t any alcohol in there. It was a hot summers day and it really made me feel like I’d had a glass of wine. The friend that I shared it with, who does usually drink, asked if she could keep the rest of the bottle!

  • Arial, White Wine

A fantastic white wine alternative, without turning into a monster and the hangover.

  • Noughty Dealcoholized Rouge, Wine

    For that red wine moment.

  • KTEA Mixed Flavours

Serve over ice, for ultimate refreshment, without sugar, and gut-friendly beneficial bacteria. Brewed in Guernsey,

  • REAL, Kombucha

A great wine alternative when served in a wine glass, with tonnes of health benefits.

  • Myth Drinks

Deliciously alcohol-free white cane spirit naturally flavoured with coconut, also available as a dark cane drink too!

  • ISH Spirits, Rum & Gin

I love these in cocktails. I use this for making my Soberjo-hito and Espresso Martinish.

  • Liberation IPA Zero

Jersey’s local brewery AF offering (the brewery I worked at!) It’s one of my favourites. made with a punchy blend of English, US and New Zealand hops which balance stone fruit, citrus and bitter notes. With all the aroma, taste and flavour of a normal IPA but with none of the alcohol!

  • Brewdog, Beers

These guys have been there for me since the start. I loved them then, and I still love them now.

  • Big Drop, Beer

The Big Drop range is one of my favourites. They do an explorer pack, which is SO good, as it gives you the chance to try different flavours. The range have won a lot of awards.

  • Nirvana, Beer

A great range of alcohol-free beers - full of taste!

  • Free Star, Beer

    An easy drinking hoppy beer.

  • Esmeralda, Beer

Alcohol-free beer with alcohol-free tequila. It made me happy.

  • Guinness, Beer

Dark, creamy, with hints of chocolate and coffee. I think if you did a taste test, you’d struggle to taste the difference between this and the one with alcohol in.

  • Fungtn Alcohol Free Chaga, Lager

A healthy beer made using adaptogen functional Chaga mushrooms - crisp and refreshing dark malt lager with undertones of chocolate

  • Rekorderlig, Cider

Perfect with fruit and plenty of ice on a summers day. I don’t think you would be able to tell the difference.

  • Sir James, Gin & Tonic & Mojito

    Pre-mixed, fuss-free perfection!

  • Kolibri, Cocktail

Add a dash of the pre-mixed spices to the tonic for your own cocktail. They feel really fancy!

  • Gimber, Ginger

Shots. A word I never thought I ever wanted to hear again, until Gimber. Tasty and healthy with a fiery kick. You can also mix it with hot water or have with sparkling water.

  • ANON English Garden, PIMMS

The ideal non-alcoholic alternative to PIMMS. Fill the glass with ice & fruit and stir.

  • Three Spirits, Livener

A ceremonial shot of this before I go out out gives me a cheeky little lift. You can mix it too, but I like having it straight!

  • Lyres, Italian Spritz

This reminds me of being in Italy - add Tonic water or sparkling to it and it’s like an Aperol Spritz
