Building the Bali Dream

Dreaming, dreaming, oh so sweet,
Where my mind can roam and my soul can meet.

Dreaming, dreaming, of a world so bright,
Where anything is possible and nothing's out of sight.

Bali is magical. From the stunning beaches to the lush green rice paddies, Bali has exceeded all of my expectations. And the people are so warm and welcoming - Whilst there, I made some incredible connections and friendships. I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone, and it was worth it.

I was reminded of the joy in life’s simple pleasures - breath work, dancing, singing and eating amazing food. There weren’t any alcohol-free alternatives, such as AF wines, beers and spirits, but there were amazing kombuchas, fresh juices and teas.

One of the things I appreciated most about the trip was the opportunity for introspection and reflection. Being away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life gave me the space and time to really tune in to my thoughts and feelings. And, of course, to have some fun and try new things too!

Mr F joined me for the last 10 days of my Bali adventure and as some of you may know, we worked on some exciting projects whilst we were there. We met with an architect to finalise plans for a new build, and I'm thrilled to say that we're getting closer to pressing the go button with the builder.

I worked remotely with clients and it was amazing to be able to do so from this beautiful location. As a coach, I'm passionate about helping people rediscover their joy and what makes their hearts sing, no matter where they are in the world.

If you're someone who could use a little support in finding joy and fulfilment in your life and you're ready to make positive changes and to invest in yourself, I would love to hear from you.
