Believing in yourself

Have you ever struggled with self-doubt and insecurity?

It can be challenging to believe in yourself and your ability to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

That's why I wanted to share with you an important message that has helped me through my own journey

"Believe you can, and you're halfway there."

This quote by Theodore Roosevelt reminds us of the importance of self-belief and confidence. When we believe in ourselves, we are better equipped to tackle life's challenges and overcome our fears.

I recently took on the White Collar Aerial Challenge with a group of incredible women. The challenge required us to push beyond our comfort zones and confront our fears, both physically and mentally. We trained intensively for several weeks, culminating in two performances on stage in front of an audience.

The nerves were intense, and we were grateful for the support of our incredible coach, Hayley from Aerial Antics. And we weren't the only ones putting on a show – we were joined by a team of talented drag queens who brought the house down with their stunning performances.

I can't begin to describe the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction that came with our performances. It was a moment where we felt like we had truly pushed ourselves beyond what we thought was possible, and it was all thanks to the power of community, coaching, and self-belief.

If you're feeling stuck or unsure of yourself, a coach or mentor can help you tap into your strengths, overcome self-doubt, and achieve your goals. With guidance and support, you can discover just how capable you truly are.

If you'd like to explore the power of coaching, I have two new partnerships opening up at the beginning of May. I also offer one-off Boost sessions.

I believe that each and every one of us has the strength and resilience to overcome our challenges and live our best lives. Let's work together to unlock your potential and achieve your dreams.

If you're interested in learning more about coaching or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always here to support you.

With love and encouragement,

Sober Jo x
