  • Yes, if you decide after investing in the self-guided programme that you’d like to upgrade, this is possible - please use the contact button in the programme to check Jo’s availability. You may have to join a waiting list.

  • It is an editable PDF created by me, for you, that you can type directly into - tick off the days, write your gratitude, affirmations, goals and to do list, as well as your daily reflection and weekly journal prompt.

  • The group is limited to 5 people, so that there is time in the weekly sharing circle to check in with each person and for accountability in the group’s private Facebook Group.

  • Sessions are online, but if you live in or are visiting Jersey Channel Islands, it may be possible to arrange some private 1:1 sessions in person (if you’d prefer to walk and talk or get out of the house).
