So far working with Jo has been uplifting as she is such a beautiful person who cares about her work and her clients. What I’ve found so transformative is the tapping that we’ve incorporated into our sessions. This is something that Is mind blowing for me as I’m generally someone who has a tendency to overthink & I’m cautious when speaking my mind to people, but incorporating tapping has helped me access my emotions and speak more freely, revealing memories and feelings I’d blocked.
